I agree, or as patches on a quilt! Love the sedum. We also call some varieties ‘Hen and Chickens’ for the bigger plant with all the ‘babies’ surrounding them. Is that just a local name or is it over there as well? I have lots and the ones protected from frost have survived the winter well.

I have a shot of what I think are ‘Hens and Chicks’…just haven’t worked on it yet. They ARE so cute, but not very cuddly, are they?

They are of the succulent family, Aaron, and take very little care. And, there are so many varieties…you might want to seek them out.
