It was quite cold/crisp that day, so a sunny spot was quite welcome for her, I guess. My old cat Moses, all black, used to see out sun on the hottest days, too! What is it with them?
They are, ours is a very cuddly pet and loves to sit on my shoulder and nuzzle into my neck. He is very affectionate.
Decades ago, when I had my small farm, my ex brought home a rescued cat (the ex was, still is, a local morning radio personality) he picked up from a woman who could not keep the cat, though had taken her to the vet because the poor thing had lost half her tail! She was a gorgeous calico and we called her “Purr”, because she never seemed to stop!
That is my cat, he is alays looking for the sun, even when it is really hot.
