City Fog

City Fog  (Taken behind the Chicago History Museum in May ’06)  Copyright 2012  http://www.anotherthousandwords.wordpress.com

Over thirty years ago, I began to process some of my B/W shots, turning them to sepias in the darkroom.  It was a ghastly process, though the outcome was very beautiful, with a time stamp (almost) to it.

These days, I Photoshop (TM), and avoid the poisonous chemistry of the darkroom…a bit healthier, but I’m not so certain of environmental impact…especially if YOU, the reader, does not care for the shot and comments harshly about it.
