  1. I hope those chairs don’t stay empty for long – I’m sure the nursing home residents would love to sit in the sun and see (and smell) the glorious spring!

    • Oh, they do come out and sit, quite frequently, Lancer…some to smoke, but most to take the sun and watch life around them (Sheridan Road is ALWAYS busy!). I usually speak to one or another as I pass by…some just seem to need a friendly face and a few words to make their day!

  2. I like the thicket. You’ve got me looking right into the thick of it, too. I am always amazed that birds are able to so deftly fly in and out of thickets despite their flapping wings. I wish we could so easily fly to and fro from the thickets of our lives…
    Hope you are well an happy these days. Isn’t it so cheering to see Spring flowers?
