The graceful Yucca

NOTE: I published this post on the 9th…yet another which WordPress dumped! I’m not very happy right now, as this has happened before, and I wish WP would get their “stuff” together!

A festive plant, certainly, yet there are a limited number being grown in the neighborhood.

  1. I hate yuccas – only because we have one in our hallway and Shirley bending over to pick something up caught her eye in it’s prickly end. Nothing serious but it is still a bit sore even after a few weeks of it happening. Apart from that it’s a nice looking plant and you have photographed it very well

    • Oh, poor Shirley! I feel so badly for her, because eyes are so precious, and any injury takes so long, it seems, to heal. Please let her know I’m thinking of her (and YOU!) many times throughout the day! And thanks so for the compliment, smacked–I do pretty well for an ‘old gal’ who just walks along and doesn’t take much time, but just ‘clicks away’!

  2. What a beautiful plant, I love it. I really like the curly things on the first one too. How can WP do that? There are some serious problems with it at times.

    • WP just baffles me sometimes, Leanne! I post, the full post is shown, then next time I return, that post is gone–and it doesn’t seem to matter to them at all!

Guess I’ll just have to ‘roll with the punches’ until they stop trying to fix things that aren’t broken in the first place!
